HistoryLoon Lake Lodge is the legacy of five generations of restaurateurs, and we find it our personal duty to insure quality in all aspects of business. We continue to individually select the highest quality of merchants from which to procure goods and foods, while keeping prices reasonable. Our quality of standards is kept as strict as the day our first restaurant opened in 1888. We are known for our extremely tender steaks and ribs, as well as the freshest seafood and fish in the city. Our menu varies from sandwiches to lobster dinners and offers a large selection for children. We are an entertaining dining experience for all walks of life, ranging from family dinners to corporate events to the exciting times of wedding rehearsals and receptions. Our restaurant offers four separate areas available for banquets, events, and meetings, accommodating up to 400 guests. Atmosphere The main dining area is reminiscent of the North American woods, incorporating replicas of old Oak trees and forest animals. The 1800 gallon fresh water fish tank is home to large mouth Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Gar, and many other game fish. The Grand Lodge is the largest of our private rooms, hosting up to 110. It has its own private bar, roaring fireplace and timeless American charm. The Cabin features a massive picture window, replicas of state record game, and accommodates up to 50.The Porch is suggestive of a screened-in country porch, home to water skis, snow games, lawn toys, and the feel of early afternoon light. It will hold up to 55 people. Our Boathouse Bar is an inviting place to watch sports on any of our 7 TVs, while enjoying a huge selection of micro brews, fine wines, and spirits. The newly added patio hosts live entertainment during the warmer weekends and has a soothing pond, which is the residence for many beautiful fresh water fish. |
